MindFreedom Ireland

MindFreedom Ireland is a voluntarily run, psychiatric survivor-led
organisation which campaigns to abolish the power of psychiatry within the present ‘mental
health’ system. We are affiliated to MindFreedom International. The website provides detailed
personal stories of survivors and updates on our activities such as our annual protests in Cork and
Dublin.

I am a member of the Irish Society of Homeopaths. The I.S.H. is
committed to promoting homeopathy as a health treatment choice for everyone. Each of our
members are fully qualified, insured and abide by our Code of Ethics and Practice. This website

The Homeopathy Research Institute is dedicated to the evaluation of
homeopathy using rigorous scientific methods and communicating the results of such work beyond
usual academic circles.

American psychiatrist who turned to the light and became a strong critic of shock treatment and
psychiatric medication. It provides the inquisitive mind with facts and more than 150 Scientific
Articles that are underpinning the barbarism and detrimental life debilitating effects of
electroshocking.

The Critical Voices Network Ireland

The Critical Voices Network Ireland is a coalition of people with self-experience,
survivors, supporters, practitioners, and academics who focus on humane treatment of people in
distress. Please register on this website for our two days annual conference.

Mad in Ireland

Mad in Ireland’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for fundamentally
rethinking theory and practice in the field of mental health in Ireland, and promoting positive
change. The website provides news updates, arts, podcasts, and blogs, of which I wrote a few.

Mad in America

Mad in Ireland is affiliated to Mad in America which is founded by
Robert Whitaker and named after his book mentioned among the list of Books of Interest. Both
websites serve as catalyst for increasing awareness and establishing real humane care. Besides that,
the Mad in America website offers additional themes to explore, namely Psychiatric Drugs,
(war)Veterans, Family and Education.

Abbreviated with AD4E is a website that supports life events and
online events initiated by Jo Watson and Lucy Johnstone in the United Kingdom. It offers a
variety of options that invite people to actively engage, amongst others in Events, Poetry, Videos,
Books they rate, Links to allies, and a link to their Facebook Group.

is a portal to broadening your understanding of hearing
voices. It offers contact details of Hearing Voices Groups online or in your area. They wish, like
myself, to address hearing voices as something personal and normal but leading to many
misconceptions in our society.
